“I feel that to be a good leader a person should have several qualities that other people can rely on and perhaps aspire to. These qualities are honesty, empathy, commitment, a clear sense of right and wrong and lastly direction, by this I mean that a person should know where they are going and what they are doing at all times so that others may also benefit from a pathway that the leader has forged. I also feel that a good leader can listen to the input of others and know when they have made a mistake and learn from that mistake.” Vishal, VU Student
